Return & Exchange Policy

At Southern Magnolia Creative, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with intention, quality, and care. Due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask that you review our policy below before purchasing.

Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 5 business days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom, engraved, or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Accuracy
If there is an error with your custom order, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery or pickup. After this timeframe, we are unable to make corrections.

Shipping
Southern Magnolia Creative is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been processed and handed over to the carrier. We recommend allowing adequate time when placing orders for special occasions.
